By enrolling your child with CMC Education, you consent to CMC Education photographing and/or recording your child during lessons, events, activities, or other centre-related occasions.
These photographs and recordings may be used by CMC Education solely for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
CMC Education will not use your child’s image for any purpose unrelated to the promotion or communication of CMC Education services. Where practical, we will avoid publishing full names or identifying personal information alongside images of students.
Parents/guardians may withdraw this consent in writing at any time. Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use of images and recordings, but may not apply to materials already published or distributed prior to the withdrawal.
